Danielle Crête
Associated with Visites de Montréal DMC since 1989, Danielle offers her clients more than 15 years of experience in the tourism industry and hospitality sector. Holder of a business administration bachelors degree in marketing, she has held high profile positions in sales management such as National Sales Director for the Delta Hotels and Resorts chain.To complement her abilities she has also completed the Montreal Tourist Guide course. Danielle is also active in many professional associations and she sat on the board of associations such as HSMA ( Hotel Sales Management Association) and MPI ( Meeting Planner International), which has allowed her to develop and widen her list of contacts. While she brings to Visites de Montréal DMC a global vision of the business, Danielle also contributes with her attention to details and her creative approach.She offers to her clients quality and innovative products.
Christiane Gingras
Following completion of her studies in business administration and after many years as Tour Coordinator at the Hilton Quebec City, Christiane joined Visites de Montréal DMC in 1985. She has been responsible for tours related to very large events, welcoming up to 30,000 participants. Always on the look-out for new trends, Christiane has developed with her partners activities such as culinary and special interest tours. Christiane is very involved in the growth of the industry. She is a member of various selection committees for tourism bursaries. She has also volunteered numerous times for the planning of some prestigious conferences that came to Montreal such as NTA (National Tour Association), ABA (American Bus Association) and Rendez-Vous Canada.
Ève Lafrance-Gonthier
After following studies in communications at the Université du Québec à Montréal, Ève went into the Concierge domain. A graduate of the International Concierge Institute (ICI), she began her career as a concierge in a five star hotel. Through the years she has worked with high-profile and influential business people. Then a member of the Golden Keys Association, she developed her expertise while studying event planning. Her journey took her from the job of Director of Client Services to that of Corporate Concierge with Concierge InfoTouche. She has developed a large network of contacts while volunteering at the Meeting Professionals Association (MPI). She then filled the seat of Events Coordinator for the whole of Canada for Rosenbluth International. She now works as an Account Manager at Visites de Montréal DMC, where her experience and knowledge are great assets.
Louise Lefebvre
After completing her studies in communications, Louise went into radio journalism. She later worked in Reservation & Front Desk services of many hotels and worked for Tourisme Montréal before joining the team at Visites de Montréal DMC as Tour Coordinator and also performs client follow up.
Ronald Poiré
Ronald has been collaborating with Visites de Montréal DMC since 1998 as a professional guide. He also acts as a coordinator and supervisor during large events. A member of the C.C.G.Q., he is involved in many projects aimed at developing new markets. Previously he had worked in the food industry and has participated as a coordinator in the Red Nose Operation. Ronald holds a professional guide diploma from the Professional Tourist Guide Association (APGT).
Vanessa Chimienti
Vanessa studied tourism at LaSalle College, and then worked for two years in the tourism sales department at the Just For Laughs Festival. She was also the conference coordinator for a major conference that took place in Montréal in September 2003. She joined the Visites de Montréal family in 2004, bringing her knowledge of the tourism industry and conference world to the company.
